Allergy Eatables understands how important it is that there is no cross contamination of the allergens in the products we make.
Shared Facility
Currently we DO make our products in a shared kitchen facility, where other products with top allergens are made as well.
Sanitization
Before starting the cooking process we make sure everything is clean - all the counters and cooking space are wiped down with dishwashing detergent then santized.
Cooking Utensils
We have our own dedicated pots, pans, cutlery, cutting board and anything else we require to make our products. These are not used by anybody else using the shared space.
